Graduate Climate Tech Support Associate – ClimateTech Scale Up

Location: Remote-first (Cambridge or London office optional)

Salary: £30,000–£39,000 DOE + benefits

We’re an award-winning ClimateTech Scale Up helping to future-proof the power grid by connecting digital twins across buildings, energy, and transport. Our technology is used by over half of the UK’s cities and utilities to streamline spatial energy planning and accelerate the transition to net zero.

The Role:

You’ll be the bridge between our users and our technology — helping customers like local councils, utilities, and energy planners get the most out of our digital energy planning platform.

From onboarding and training to proactive engagement and support, you’ll play a key role in customer success and product adoption. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you’ll see the real-world impact of your work every day.

For the right person, there’s a clear pathway to progress into a leadership or commercial role within two years.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver onboarding sessions, workshops, and customer training
Monitor platform usage to identify opportunities for engagement and growth
Support pre-sales and post-sales activity through demos and discovery calls
Provide 1st/2nd line technical support via service desk and chat platforms
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide best-practice product guidance
Maintain internal and external knowledge bases
Feed customer insights back into product and development teams

What We’re Looking For

Essential

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Creative problem-solver with a proactive, can-do mindset
Strong interest in energy, sustainability, or decarbonisation
Confident engaging with customers at all levels

Nice to Have

Experience in customer success, support, or training roles
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Intercom, or similar
Exposure to BI reporting, data tools (Excel, Sheets, SQL), or Agile environments
Understanding of web applications (front-end or back-end)
